The Cabernet Sauvignon grape was planted in the vineyard in 1976 and this vine maturity consistently provides a wine of great balance & depth. The vines are low yielding and produce small intense flavoured grapes. The 2023 vintage is no exception providing a dark burgundy coloured wine whose soft round tannins guarantee a lovely smooth finish. Enjoy with roast lamb.

Wine Making Process
The wine making methods are personal and traditional and are founded upon organic principles. Vines are hand-pruned, hand-tendered and hand-harvested. Grapes are fermented in open vats, pressed and allowed to mature in French and American oak barrels and stainless steel for up to 18 months. All wines are made from fruit harvested from our vineyard.
