The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc grape was a vineyard favourite with a wonderful growing season providing grape bunches of great quality and flavour. This bright dry crisp and fresh wine has lovely citrus and tropical flavours to be enjoyed. Drink this wine now or cellar up to 6 years.

Wine Making Process
The wine making methods are personal and traditional and are founded upon organic principles. Vines are hand-pruned, hand-tendered and hand-harvested. Grapes are fermented in open vats, pressed and allowed to mature in French and American oak barrels and stainless steel for up to 18 months. All wines are made from fruit harvested from our vineyard.
