2024 was a fine season for the semillon grape in the Grape Farm vineyard with lovely formed bunches on the hand pruned & harvested vines. This wine offers a palette that is lively with tangy pear and grapefruit flavours together with rich honeycomb that will develop and deepen over time.
A minimum of 6 bottles (you can mix & match with other varieties to make up the minimum 6 bottles) must be placed for an order

Wine Making Process
The wine making methods are personal and traditional and are founded upon organic principles. Vines are hand-pruned, hand-tendered and hand-harvested. Grapes are fermented in open vats, pressed and allowed to mature in French and American oak barrels and stainless steel for up to 18 months. All wines are made from fruit harvested from our vineyard.
