The shiraz grape was the first variety planted in the vineyard in 1976 and this vine maturity consistently provides a wine of great balance and depth. The 2022 vintage is no exception providing rich and long flavours of chocolate and liquorice. Enjoy with a Scotch Fillet.

Wine Making Process
The wine making methods are personal and traditional and are founded upon organic principles. Vines are hand-pruned, hand-tendered and hand-harvested. Grapes are fermented in open vats, pressed and allowed to mature in French and American oak barrels and stainless steel for up to 18 months. All wines are made from fruit harvested from our vineyard.
